A. Who are you? Where are you located? What is your business goal?

Zico furniture is a manufacturer and exporter of various wooden/rattan furniture .Our goal is to provide qualified products at competitive prices with excellent services to meet buyers' satisfaction. We are located in Cirebon, a beautiful small town in West Java of Indonesia.

B. Do you use kiln-dried wood and how is the moisture content?

Yes we do.
The moisture contents are: 12% - 15%

C. What kind of products do you have? What is your uniqueness and specialty?

We offer a wide variety of wooden indoor and outdoor furniture, rattan and natural fibers furniture.Our product ranges are several of living sets, tables, dinning chairs, drawers and miscellaneous items.
We always keep developing and improving our products.

D. What kinds of materials are available?

Our indoor wooden furniture made of mahogany, pinus and teak wood. The outdoor furniture made of teak combine with alloy casting. As an alternative for our buyer's choice on rattan and natural fiber line, the used material of the items shown on the website can be substituted with any natural materials such as rattan wicker, banana leaf, water hyacinth, or sea grass.

E. Can you accept buyer's designs?

Yes, we can, as long as it is possible to be applied to our situation. Just send us your designs by e-mail or fax, complete it with the measurement you prefer then we will carry on.

F. How long is the production lead-time and what is the minimum order?

For wooden items, the lead-time of production is 7-8 weeks, as for the rattan and natural fiber; the lead-time is 6-7 weeks after confirming order with a minimum order of 1 x 20'.

G. How is the packing arrangement?

Our normal standard for packaging is by using corrugated carton wrapped and protected by oilpaper on the wood frames. However, packaging with carton box is available. Stickers or labels indicating country of origin and product specifications (code, description, material, color, etc.) are sealed on the packaging.

H. Do you use any chemical materials in your container to absorb humidity or destroy insects?

Yes, we always fumigate the container and put absorbmatic bags inside the container as well as silica gels inside the packed goods.

I. What is the payment term?

We welcome Irrevocable L/C at Sight or T/T with 40% Down Payment and the rest 60% payment against copy documents. Still need some other info and questions? Please feel free to contact us.
